While there are a bunch of great TV shows and movies headed to Netflix in October , there are also a tragic number of really great movies about to leave the streaming service altogether. While many drop off Netflix throughout October, the majority on this list leave this week. Worse, they’re only available to watch until October 1, which is this coming Thursday. This is, quite literally, your last chance to catch these films on Netflix, so choose wisely. I’ve highlighted my top 15 picks, with the full list of departures below that.

With Robert Eggers’ Werwulf on the horizon , there’s no better time to revisit the movie that put the filmmaker on the map. Anya Taylor-Joy stars as Thomasin, a teenage girl whose deeply religious Puritan family begins to unravel after settling beside a forbidding New England forest. What follows is a twisted atmospheric descent into paranoia, religious terror and supernatural horror. The Witch is still one of Eggers’ best films, though I think I’d be hard-pressed to rank his filmography.

David Fincher directing Gillian Flynn’s adaptation of her own bestselling novel was always going to be a banger, but man did this movie mess with my head. It was also the last time Fincher had a movie in theaters (though that all changes when his sequel to Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood hits IMAX later this year ). Ben Affleck plays Nick Dunne, whose wife Amy (Rosamund Pike) suddenly disappears, turning him into the center of a media circus and increasingly suspicious police investigation. It’s a pitch-black mystery, marriage satire and psychological thriller all rolled into one, with Pike giving one of the defining performances of her career. I haven’t watched it since it came out, actually, so now may be the time.

If you’ve somehow never seen the Coen brothers’ hilariously dark crime masterpiece, fix that before it leaves Netflix. It spawned a (mostly) excellent TV show on FX years later, that somehow got snubbed on the NYT Top 100 Shows of the 21st Century list .

William H. Macy plays a desperate Minnesota car salesman whose catastrophically stupid kidnapping scheme spirals into murder (and more murder), while Frances McDormand puts in an award-winning performance as the very pregnant police chief investigating the resulting bloodshed. Dark, funny, strange and endlessly quotable, Fargo remains one of the Coens’ very best.

Luc Besson’s weirdly endearing original sci-fi adventure stars Bruce Willis as a 23rd-century cab driver who winds up responsible for Milla Jovovich’s mysterious Leeloo and, eventually, the fate of the world. An almost unrecognizable Gary Oldman plays one of cinema’s most entertaining villains, Chris Tucker is over-the-top in the best possible way, and the whole thing looks and feels unlike just about any other blockbuster ever made. Genuinely one of the most fun sci-fi movies I’ve ever seen, and one I rewatch every few years.

Spike Lee directs Denzel Washington, Clive Owen, Jodie Foster, Christopher Plummer, Willem Dafoe and Chiwetel Ejiofor (talk about a stacked cast!) in this clever bank-heist thriller. Owen is the mastermind behind an apparently straightforward Manhattan robbery, while Washington is the detective trying to figure out what he’s really after. If you’re in the mood for a smart, twisty crime thriller, you could do much worse. This is another one I haven’t seen since it first came out, and now I’m feeling like I have some genuinely hard choices to make.
