UFC 335 Card Adds Pereira-Pavlovich, Oliveira-Lopes
The UFC announced two huge fights to headline UFC 335. Charles Oliveira will take on Diego Lopes in the main event for the BMF title. In the co-main event, Alex Pereira faces Sergei Pavlovich . It’s going to be a huge fight card to finish the year. Let’s talk UFC.
UFC 335 takes place Saturday, Dec. 12, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and streams on Paramount+. It closes the year four weeks after UFC 334 at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 14.
Dana White revealed the Pereira-Pavlovich booking on Nina Drama’s Kick stream during UFC 332. He had promised to announce the fight if a joint Instagram video reached 25,000 comments, and it passed 28,500 in nine hours.
Oliveira won the belt at UFC 326 in March, scoring takedowns in all five rounds of a unanimous decision over Max Holloway . Lopes moves up from featherweight as a two-time title challenger at 145 pounds.
Pereira’s heavyweight debut ended in a second-round TKO loss to Ciryl Gane at UFC Freedom 250 in June. He now ranks No. 3 at heavyweight , one spot behind Pavlovich.
Pavlovich enters on a three-fight win streak, capped by a 39-second knockout at UFC Macau on May 30. The co-main event is scheduled for five rounds despite having no title attached.
Brandon Moreno , a two-time flyweight champion, won a split decision at Noche UFC in September. Charles Johnson earned a $100,000 performance bonus with a submission win at UFC 330 in August.

UFC 335 Fight Card So Far
Top two bouts per the UFC’s official announcement .
I’m not a huge fan of putting over the BMF title in a main event of a numbered event unless there’s a true megastar involved. Oliveira is the closest thing to that status as can be. Lopes’ fighting style fits the concept and this fight should be a great one. In reality, the UFC didn’t have an actual title fight they wanted to place at the head of this card. They’ll be fine because of the overall star power attached to this one.
Pereira helps a lot. He’s arguably the biggest draw, but with no title to attach to his fight, adding Oliveira-Lopes makes sense. Pereira is still trying to keep his dream of winning a heavyweight title alive. He has a tough assignment ahead of him because Pavlovich has solid hand speed for a heavyweight and massive power.
There are currently four fights added to the card. We also learned Joe Pyfer will face Bo Nickal and Brandon Moreno will face Charles Johnson. We’ll see what else is added, but so far, so good.
