What’s at Stake on the UFC 332 Main Card
The main event crowns a new women’s flyweight champion. Valentina Shevchenko vacated the belt , and Natalia Silva and Wang Cong both made weight on the first try at 125 and 124.5 pounds.
The co-main carries its own stakes. Deiveson Figueiredo, a two-time flyweight champion, has said he wants to drop back to 125 to challenge Joshua Van, but he needs to get past Payton Talbott at bantamweight first.
One main card bout is no longer at lightweight. Esteban Ribovics missed weight by half a pound, so his fight with King Green is a catchweight, and 20% of his purse goes to Green.
