MobLand Season 2 Episode 7 Release Date, Schedule, and Plot
MobLand Season 2 returns this Friday with its seventh installment, "Ace of Spades," as the Harrigans mount a fierce counteroffensive against Frankie Cooper (portrayed by Johnny Flynn) in a desperate bid to rescue their fracturing criminal empire. With a mere four episodes remaining in the current run, tensions are reaching a boiling point, leaving Harry Da Souza (Tom Hardy) once again caught directly in the crosshairs.
Looking Back at Last Week's Chaos
The previous episode, "A Different Corner," captured the Harrigans scrambling to reorganize following Frankie's brutal assault on their Cotswolds estate. Seraphina (played by Mandeep Dhillon) introduced a daring strategic power move, while Harry finally confronted Maeve (Helen Mirren) regarding her hazardous machinations, specifically her choice to place his daughter Gina (Teddie Allen) in grave danger.
Simultaneously, Jan (Joanne Froggatt) took matters into her own hands by eliminating Donnie after uncovering his allegiance to Frankie, shattering any illusions about remaining detached from the Harrigans' violent world.
Now, the family is retreating to London, where Conrad (Pierce Brosnan) appears poised to reassert his authority. Whether his increasingly erratic commands will stabilize or further fracture the dynasty remains entirely uncertain.
MobLand Season 2 Episode 7 Release Details
Fresh episodes debut at 12 a.m. PT / 3 a.m. ET every Friday on Paramount+, building toward the season finale scheduled for November 20.
What to Expect in Episode 7
The official synopsis outlines the upcoming turmoil:
The Harrigans lock down the Cotswolds and roll back into London to shake the tree – buying loyalty with cash, threats and broken fingers; Maeve tightens the screws within the family, while Harry walks into a trap.
Following a string of heavy setbacks dealt by Frankie Cooper, Conrad and his faction are aggressively turning the tables after rejecting a lucrative settlement. Conrad declared, "We’ve always been outlaws and we’ll die outlaws!" instantly shutting down Seraphina’s vision of a unified family alliance to Maeve's absolute delight.
However, while aggression has never been an issue for Conrad, knowing restraint has always proved elusive. Meanwhile, Maeve continues manipulating events behind closed doors, routinely jeopardizing her own bloodline. Her previous scheme dispatched Eddie (Anson Boon) and Gina to Ireland, landing them directly in the custody of a dangerous underworld figure named Medusa (Colm Meaney). This forced Harry into a rescue mission, which ultimately fostered a tender bonding moment between him and his daughter.
The Rising Tensions and Season 2 Schedule
The friction between Harry and Maeve finally boiled over last week. Having spent two seasons mitigating the family's self-inflicted disasters, Harry drew a firm boundary after his daughter was endangered. "Next time I’ll just kill ya," he warned the matriarch calmly, fueling her ongoing jealousy regarding his influence over Conrad.
As the narrative hurtles toward its conclusion, Paramount+ continues rolling out weekly installments every Friday, leading up to the November 20 finale.
