Professional-Grade 4K HDR Imaging

The Kandao Meeting Pro 2 has dual fisheye lenses for capturing a 360-degree view of a meeting space in 4K resolution. HDR technology balances highlights and shadows so participants are visible even in backlit or low-light situations. The result is a webcam designed to deliver vivid and more lifelike images so that remote participants can feel more connected and engaged during meetings.

Powered by AI face and voice recognition technology, the Kandao Meeting Pro 2 can detect and track active speakers in a room in real time. Voice and facial recognition help to keep conversations focused and make them easier to follow without requiring any manual camera adjustments. AI Smart Tracking can dynamically follow a speaker’s movement around the room, ensuring participants stay centered and are clearly visible during discussions.

Combined with Kandao’s AI Smart View technology, the system automatically adjusts on-screen layouts depending on the number of participants attending the meeting. The device intelligently switches views for a balanced and immersive presentation. The Meeting Pro 2 supports up to eight participants on screen the screen at the same time, producing a more inclusive collaboration.

AI-Powered Meeting Intelligence

Kandao Meeting Pro 2 also introduces an upgraded AI assistant using SmartNote, a feature designed to simplify communication and improve productivity. SmartNote supports real-time captions and translations in more than 20 languages, helping teams collaborate more effectively across multilingual and international borders. The device also supports high-quality local recording without requiring a connected computer and it can store recordings on an external SD card.

To reduce manual note-taking, SmartNote automatically converts conversations into structured meeting notes and generates AI-powered summaries after each session. Teams can review discussion highlights, action items and key decisions. The idea is to make follow-ups more efficient and organized.

With AI Content Recap, users can click “Reference” within the SmartNote summary and instantly jump to the corresponding moment in the recording of the meeting. Because audio and video remain fully synchronized, users can review the original discussion context, including people’s tone, facial expressions and speaker interactions. This could make it a useful tool for client debriefs.

By leveraging advanced neural network-based audio algorithms, the Meeting Pro 2 aims to deliver clear and natural voice communication throughout a meeting. Its AI Noise Reduction technology is designed to suppress unwanted background sounds in real time, minimizing distractions created by keyboard typing, HVAC systems and environmental noise while preserving the clarity of the people speaking.

To further enhance audio performance, the Meeting Pro 2 has built-in AI dereverberation technology for reducing echo and reverberation commonly found in glass-walled or open-plan meeting spaces. This feature’s aim is to ensure conversations easy to understand for both local and remote participants. The built in speaker inside the Meeting Pro 2 has been beefed up, from 5W on the original Meeting Pro, to 10W for clearer sound in larger rooms.

The Kandao Meeting Pro 2 is also designed to support a wide range of meeting spaces, from small collaboration rooms to larger conference spaces. Its coverage can be expanded using multi-device connection for larger setups.

The all-in-one design brings together a camera, microphone array, speaker and AI computing in a compact unit designed to simplify installation and reduce cable clutter. A custom cable clip helps organize power, HDMI and AV connections so meeting spaces are less cluttered.

The Meeting Pro 2 provides a number of ways to control a meeting. Users can operate the unit with the on-device buttons or use a Bluetooth remote. Alternatively, the Kandao Meeting App is designed to provide full control whether the user is seated at the table or moving around the room. It’s also compatible with most major video conferencing platforms, which means it can be integrated with existing workflows as well as hybrid collaboration environments.
