This year marks the 30th anniversary of Edifier , an audio brand! Established in Beijing in 1996, the speaker company is unveiling a range of new products this week at IFA in Berlin. The company will showcase a range of new audio products designed for personal audio, home listening, professional use, premium sound and gaming.

The brand also makes bookshelf speakers for home entertainment, studio monitors for audio creators, plus higher-end gear for audiophiles. Edifier also caters to gamers who want more immersive audio when playing their games.

Across the entire product portfolio, Edifier says it applies a consistent philosophy to enhance listening with a mix of high-quality sound, intuitive controls and modern aesthetic design.

At IFA, visitors can see and hear the complete Edifier range in dedicated product zones spanning personal audio, home entertainment, professional studio monitoring, premium Hi-Fi, and gaming.

In addition to the latest product launches, Edifier’s stand will feature a dedicated area showcasing the company’s flagship S3000 MKII speakers and Airpulse lineup. There is also a Hecate gaming zone with Edifier’s immersive audio gear for gamers.

XR6 Active Studio Monitors

The Edifier XR6 is a new professional active studio monitor engineered for accurate, reference-grade sound with advanced acoustic and intelligent calibration technologies.

The XR6’s standout feature is its integrated room-acoustic calibration system, which combines an onboard DSP with dedicated PC software to optimize performance across a range of listening environments. The result, claims Edifier, is a speaker system built for consistent and reliable studio monitoring.

The new monitors feature a rigid aluminum enclosure designed to minimize cabinet resonance and coloration, while the true three-way acoustic design and high-performance drivers are tuned for clarity, precise imaging, and low distortion.

The XR6 are tuned for a flat on-axis and off-axis frequency response with a focus on accurate sound reproduction for professional sound engineers and musicians recording in their home studios.

M90 Bi-Amped 2.0 Speakers And MW6T Subwoofer

Together, the new Edifier M90 Bi-Amped 2.0 speaker and MW6T compact powered subwoofer form a complete home audio setup offering premium sound, extensive connectivity, and a space-efficient design. The M90 speakers deliver 100W RMS, carry Hi-Res Audio certification, and include HDMI eARC, Bluetooth 6.0 with LDAC, USB-C, and optical digital inputs.

Complementing the M90 speakers is Edifier’s MW6T subwoofer, which delivers deep bass with a 210W RMS output. The MW6T features dual 6.5-inch woofers and room-acoustic compensation to adapt to any living space. Together, the two new products are designed to produce immersive audio for music, movies, gaming, and everyday entertainment.

WH950NB Pro Wireless Headphones

The Edifier WH950NB Pro are new over-ear wireless headphones featuring adaptive hybrid ANC for effective noise cancellation. The headphones house an array of eight microphones dedicated to feeding the noise-canceling system.

Sound on the WH950NB Pro is delivered by dual dynamic drivers. The headphones also support spatial audio with head-tracking capabilities for detailed surround sound.

A separate six-microphone array with AI noise-reduction handles clear phone calls. Additional specs include Bluetooth 6.1 support and up to 70 hours of playback on a single charge with ANC disabled.

STAX SPIRIT Planar Magnetic Headphones

Representing Edifier’s premium personal audio segment at IFA, the new STAX SPIRIT series delivers high-fidelity listening using advanced planar magnetic driver technology.

Aimed at audiophiles, content creators, and music enthusiasts, these high-end headphones combine rich detail and low distortion with an accurate sound profile—all with the convenience of wireless connectivity.

The Stax Spirit headphones draw on Edifier’s three decades of acoustic engineering to provide an immersive listening experience with a reference-quality sound profile for listening to high-end audio on the move.
