Rock will almost certainly continue to fight. She is being trained by Calvin Ford, the same man who trains Gervonta Davis. When you watch Rock, you can see she is an above-average athlete, but likely found boxing too late to become an actual contender.

Still, she’ll be able to earn solid paydays having these kinds of fights for the next few years. Many women in the sport would probably love an opportunity to perform on the platform Rock had on Saturday and the ones she’ll have access to in the future.

It wouldn’t surprise me to see Rock fight on a BrandRisk or even a Misfits Boxing card. The pinnacle for her would be to sign with MVP, but that’s a long shot as they primarily focus on more experienced female fighters. As it is, it would be wise for Rock’s team to move slowly and fans may have to endure a few more one-sided matchups like this in the near future. It is normal for a young fighter to have a string of very winnable fights at the beginning of their career. Usually, that fighter doesn’t have as much fame and exposure as Rock, so most don’t see the climb.
