Based on Audio-Technica’s popular ATH-M20x professional monitor headphones, the new ATH-M20xSTS has 40mm dynamic drivers with CCAW voice coils. The wide bandwidth and flat frequency response of the drivers let creators accurately monitor a wide range of audio sources while picking up subtle details in the game’s soundscape.

Weighing just 230g and equipped with breathable mesh earpads, the lightweight headset ensures lasting comfort during extended streaming and gaming sessions. An integrated high-clarity microphone handles the voice delivery side of things.

The ATH-M20xST’s integrated AT20 cardioid condenser microphone delivers clear vocals while also rejecting unwanted ambient noise. The mic is positioned on the end of a flexible yet sturdy boom arm, which means it is kept at a fixed distance from the user’s mouth, regardless of how much they move their head during a game or livecast. This design ensures consistent voice capture, while flipping the boom arm upwards instantly mutes the microphone for simple and intuitive control.
