Apple Reveals 2026 Pride Collection: New ‘Luminance’ Wallpapers And Sport Loop Unveiled
Apple has just unveiled its latest Pride collection, in advance of Pride month in June. As has been the case for several years, it means there are new iPhone and iPad wallpapers coming soon, plus a new Apple Watch Band. Here are the full details.
Apple Watch Pride Edition Sport Loop
The band is the sport loop, the nylon and Velcro watch strap, and it’s a white-edged strap with stripes of color. Apple says the rainbow effect comes from 11 colors of nylon yarns.
“The intricate weaving blends one color into the next, creating depth and movement across the band. The resulting design is joyful and vibrant, showcasing a full spectrum of colors that reflect the unique identities that shape LGBTQ+ communities worldwide,” Apple said in a Newsroom post on Monday, May 4.
The new band is available to order now and costs $49 or £49 in the U.K. It will be available in Apple stores later this week. It comes in three sizes, so there will be a version that’s compatible with every Apple Watch.
Pride Luminance Watch Face And Wallpapers
Everything else announced today is dependent on the next Apple software releases, that is, iOS 26.5, iPadOS 26.5 and watchOS 26.5. Apple let slip recently that the next software drop will be this month. You can read when, exactly, it’s expected to arrive, here .
The Watch face is called Pride Luminance and is designed to complement the Sport Loop. The colors refract dynamically, Apple says, like the Reflections Apple Watch face.
Two patterns are available in this watch face, radial, which has colors that align with the hour marks and vertical lines which go with the strap. The vertical colors are part of the iPhone and iPad wallpapers.
As usual, Apple financially supports organizations which serve LGBTQ+ communities worldwide as part of the Pride celebration.
