After establishing itself as an important independent label and fan-experience partner for the global-pop industry, hello82 is officially revealing the lineup for its first-ever festival, 82WORLD: LA, set for October 17-18 at Los Angeles State Historic Park.

The two-day outdoor event is the largest fan experience yet from the Los Angeles -based company that has retail spaces to host artist-fan events in LA, New York City , Atlanta , San Diego and Berlin (so far) with the lineup leaning on both established K-pop chart forces supported by the label as well as new global acts building their audiences.

P1Harmony (who has teamed with hello82 for physical distribution in the States since 2023) is the Day 1 headliner. For the October 17 date, the P1H guys will be joined by their label mates AMPERS&ONE, boy bands 8TURN and xikers, globally focused girl groups GIRLSET and cosmosy, as well as J-pop chart-toppers BE:FIRST.

Meanwhile, ATEEZ (who have been partners with hello82 since 2021 and have three No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 to boot) will be the only artist to perform on October 18, with a full day of performances and activities centered around their fans, in an innovative new approach to music festival programming.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow, Friday, August 14, at noon (12:00) P.T.

A Festival Built Around Fan Interaction

In a major departure from other live events, hello82 is positioning 82WORLD: LA as something other than a conventional festival. Alongside performances, the weekend is programmed with specially produced activities including interactive games, surprises from the artists and other moments designed to put thousands of fans in the same space as the stage performers, similar to their in-store events.

The festival’s framing tracks with how the company built its business. Founded in Los Angeles in 2018 and launching its label services in 2021, hello82 helped make its name on physical distribution and in-person events with the store eventually earning its title as a dependable company for K-pop fans, while CEO Choi Jaeyoon has been recognized in Billboard’s '2026 Indie Power Players list in both 2025 and 2026.

hello82 first teased 82WORLD: LA in November 2025 with an $82 early-bird ticket drop, and pre-sale allotments sold out before naming a single artist. The two-day outdoor fest is a logical scaling-up of the company’s model that’s been tested at the retail-store scale for years with 82WORLD: LA, marking a bet that the fan-engagement business, not just the general concert business, can successfully launch a new festival.

A Festival Lineup Goes Beyond K-Pop

The rest of the lineup doubles as a snapshot of how international the K-pop scene has become.

BE:FIRST are a Japanese group in the middle of a deliberate American push, with their global EP WATCH ME arriving just ahead of the fest on September 18, and previously acting as opening acts for some of ATEEZ’s stadium shows.

JYP Entertainment and Republic Records’ female quartet GIRLSET were assembled in Los Angeles through the A2K competition series and are preparing a debut album that boasts genre explorations of pop, EDM, R&B, and Hyperpop. Meanwhile, cosmosy are four Japanese members trained in the Korean system and releasing music in English and Japanese.

Rounding out the bill are rising boy bands xikers (ATEEZ’s label mates under KQ Entertainment), AMPERS&ONE (who are P1Harmony’s label mates under FNC Entertainment), plus 8TURN (who have released music in Korean and English that will kick off their next U.S. tour in October as well).

The most remarkable move from the festival is its second day themed entirely around ATEEZ and their fandom, affectionately known as ATINY. Billed as “ATEEZ x TINY ISLAND,” Day 2 promises a full day of performances from the eight-member act alongside programming built specifically for ATINY.

Beyond being hello82’s first full-fledged partner, the full-day dedication is well deserved. Last June, ATEEZ earned their first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with Golden Hour : Part.5 , which moved more than 200,000 units in its first week in the States, making them only the third K-pop act to reach that figure. The group’s In Your Fantasy world tour also hit multiple stadiums across the U.S. last summer, hitting major venues like New York’s Citi Field, Chicago’s Wrigley Field and BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.
